GWA was established in 2003 by Ross Gardner and Toby Wetherill, who both bring extensive, differing experience and skills to our practice. Ross and Toby take a very genuine hands-on role on every project – remaining heavily involved to ensure that their lateral thinking, problem solving skills, creativity and commercial nous are applied at all stages of a project. They are backed up by a highly experienced team who will ‘best fit’ your project. You will not be passed down the line – just ask our clients.
We work across a range of building types, and deliver solutions for both new, refurbished and adaptively re-used buildings and interiors. This breadth of project experience allows for cross-pollination of ideas and knowledge that enables our staff deliver quality design solutions for all our clients.
Working collaboratively with clients, engineers and others is not only rewarding and productive, but is also a way of enhancing our projects through proper integration of design and construction. We enjoy teamwork and encourage ideas to emerge from all members of the team, regardless of seniority or title.
